How is LandScape designed?
93 clusters, 45 segments,12 groups, which empowers an organisation to apply the appropriate level of granularity to their analytics, depending on their needs. While a basic top level segmentation may call on profiling at the Group level, building a statistical model will generally call for the application of LandScape at the Cluster level.
Please note that the last segment 98 represents Special Areas and includes areas which have none or very little residential households. Areas include industrial neighbourhoods, parks, and the CBD.
